It offers dual-line indicators with individual SIP account profiles, customizable soft keys, navigation keys, and line keys. Key functions include call waiting, hold, mute, transfer (blind or attended), forward, and 3-way conferencing. The full duplex speakerphone with advanced audio echo cancellation ensures clear communication. The T12 supports a large phonebook (up to 2000 contacts), call history (up to 100 records), automated provisioning, TR-069 or encrypted XML configuration file, SRTP and TLS for advanced protection, and 802.1x for media access control. Additional features include a headset jack RJ9, VMS SaaS for online configuration, backup and management, BLF keys, a breathing ring indicator, and Gigabit WAN/LAN (T12G).
